One of our favorites to grow, Pea shoots taste surprisingly similar to their adult counter part, but in a crunchy leafy form!
One of the main ways we use them is as a base for a salad as they are hardy, and work well as a starting point to then ad toppings to.
Pro tip: cut the long stems into more manageable bite size pieces before use.
To eliminate waste, we grow to order, so it may take 10-12 days for delivery (if you sign up for the weekly subscription, all subsequent deliveries will be weekly). If we can, we will get it to you sooner.
